New developments / legislation
Measures are being put in place to amend the Copyright Act 2005, Act 690 and Copyright Regulations 2010, (L.I.1962) to cover other devices that have been introduced into the system which can attract the private copying levy.
CopyGhana signed Licensing Agreement with University for Development Studies (UDS) Tamale in 2017 and in 2018 licensed University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR).
